Refund policy

CCH Collection accepts unworn items in their original condition with the packing slip within 14 days of receipt. CCH Collection does not accept returns/exchanges on sale items. For a return or exchange request, please email info@cchcollection.com. Once approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and should send returned items to:
